1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "isb15" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the isb15 online gaming and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming license and accessible at isb15.bet.
• "User" / "you" / "your" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the isb15 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered isb15 user account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" refers collectively to the sports betting sportsbook, live casino, slot games, game shows, wallet, and all other features and products offered via the isb15 platform.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" refers to the PKR-denominated balance held within your isb15 account for use across all platform services.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR deposits made by the User through an approved payment method that form part of the Account balance.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process by which isb15 verifies a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the isb15 platform is restricted under applicable law or isb15 operational policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the isb15 website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any Service offered by isb15, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and isb15. Your continued use of the isb15 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the isb15 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of Account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. isb15 enforces strict age verification and does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit, or engage in any real-money activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing isb15 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of any Account activity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or as an agent, proxy, or nominee when registering or operating an isb15 Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an isb15 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest in relation to platform use.

isb15 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balance held may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of isb15 Services, you must register a personal Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• Each individual may hold only one isb15 Account. Duplicate registrations, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. isb15 will not be liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your password.
• You must notify isb15 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• isb15 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account credentials — including username and password — must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your isb15 Account. Use a strong, unique password for your Account and do not reuse credentials from other services. isb15 recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication features. isb15 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

isb15 operates under an international gaming license that mandates compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. As a result, isb15 may require you to provide identity verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal volumes exceed thresholds defined by isb15's AML policy.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame after a request is issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. isb15 reserves the right to hold funds pending successful KYC completion where there is a reasonable basis to suspect identity fraud or money laundering.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

isb15 accepts PKR deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at isb15's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the isb15 Account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in PKR following successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• isb15 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which isb15 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited and are subject to the standard withdrawal process.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds from your isb15 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the isb15 Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the isb15 help section, subject to verification requirements and the operating hours of the relevant payment provider.
• isb15 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of routine compliance checks without this constituting a breach of these Terms.
• Where a withdrawal request is accompanied by reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse, isb15 may freeze the withdrawal pending investigation.

isb15 does not deduct fees from standard withdrawal amounts, however processing times may vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

8. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

isb15 offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds, not Real Money Funds, until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify a rollover multiplier that must be met through eligible betting activity before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• isb15 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or change in regulatory requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate Accounts or shared devices will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

9. Sports Betting Rules

The isb15 sportsbook operates under a comprehensive set of betting rules that govern market settlement, void bets, and dispute resolution. The following general principles apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. isb15 does not guarantee that the same odds will remain available after placement.
• isb15 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including limiting maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific Accounts.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at isb15's discretion. Bets accepted prior to a suspension stand; bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Obvious errors in odds — including manifest pricing mistakes significantly out of line with fair market value — may be corrected and affected bets voided at isb15's discretion.
• Cricket market settlement follows the official results confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In cases of disputed results, isb15 will defer to the official governing body ruling.

9.1 Maximum Win Limits

isb15 applies maximum win limits per bet and per event across all sports markets. These limits are set per sport and market type and are subject to change. The applicable limit for a specific bet is displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation. Winning amounts exceeding the maximum win limit will be reduced to the applicable cap.

10. Casino & Game Rules

The isb15 Casino, including live dealer games and slot titles, is governed by the following terms in addition to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface:

• All casino games on isb15 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under monitored and recorded conditions.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are verified figures derived from independent testing. Actual session results may vary from the long-term RTP due to the inherent variance of casino games.
• isb15 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from internet connectivity issues on the User's end. Where a game round is interrupted before completion, isb15 will apply the outcome recorded on its servers as the definitive result.
• Slot game progressive jackpots, where available, are governed by the specific rules of each jackpot network and the applicable jackpot provider's terms.
• isb15 reserves the right to remove games from its library, change game providers, or modify game availability at any time without prior notice.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the isb15 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors in the sportsbook or casino for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to poker, to gain an unfair collective advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information use, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the isb15 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Account verification process.
• Attempting to access the isb15 platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP masking.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing isb15 staff or other users through any communication channel.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

isb15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring Account suspension.
• The Account holder's self-exclusion request under the isb15 Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds held in the Account that are not subject to forfeiture or investigation hold will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isb15's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

• isb15 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• isb15 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• isb15 shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Betting and gaming involves inherent financial risk. The outcome of all bets and games on isb15 is uncertain. isb15 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform.

14. Responsible Gaming

isb15 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously as both a licensing requirement and a genuine commitment to player welfare. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions to maintain control over time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanent Account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from isb15. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders of time spent on the platform during active sessions.

All isb15 users are encouraged to review the isb15 Responsible Gaming page for full details on available tools, resources, and support channels. Gambling should be treated as entertainment — never as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by isb15 is governed by the isb15 Privacy Policy, which forms part of and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. Key principles include:

• isb15 collects personal data only for legitimate purposes related to Account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• isb15 does not sell or commercially transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit User consent.
• Data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards under isb15's international gaming license.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting isb15 support, subject to legal retention obligations.

16. Amendments to These Terms

isb15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, isb15 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the platform, including posting a notice on the isb15 website and, where practicable, sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Continued use of the isb15 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using isb15 and may close your Account in accordance with the closure procedure set out in Section 12.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which isb15's international gaming license is issued. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the isb15 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through isb15's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Users must submit a written complaint to the isb15 support team at support@isb15.bet, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. isb15 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by isb15's licensing authority. The determination of the appointed dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
